NICHOLE WASHINGTON
Nichole is a multidisciplinary artist offering an authentic and heartfelt exploration of creativity as a path to emotional and spiritual well being. In 2016 she graduated from School of Visual Arts where she earned a masters degree in digital photography. Since earning her degree, Nichole has been creating mixed media works exploring identity and spirituality. The unique symbols painted in her work are used as a secret form of communication and loving protection. They are inspired by Egyptian hieroglyphs and Adinkra symbols from west Africa. Nichole hopes to inspire others to live confidently and boldly from the inside out.
